The Irish invaders are foul because the leader, Macdonwald, was a rebel and a warmonger that wanted to destroy Macbeth and his land. The Norwegian invaders are foul because their leader, the thane of Cawdor, is also a warmonger and saw that Macbeth had just fought the war with the Irish and won, which means he was probably worn out from that war, and then attacked Macbeth and his army while they were weak and not expecting another war, which is a completely unfair thing to do, but even then they still lost to Macbeth.
